You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

- Not as described
- Unsafe

If you change your mind or decide it’s not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

We believe skincare should work — and you should feel confident trying it.
If you don’t feel our system is right for your skin, you may request a full refund within 6 months of purchase.
- Applies to your first full-size system purchase
- Products may be used, even if finished
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping is covered by us
- All other returns: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
